Commonwealth short story competition

I was pleased to learn my short story, Deceit, got onto the long list for the Commonwealth Short Story competition There were 7806 entries with a long list of 200 stories ! It was the second time one of my short stories had made it to the long list (last time was in 2022). Maybe next year's entry will make it to the top three!!
