Visit to Hataitai School

Ran a cool workshop on Flash Fiction with Year 7 and 8 students at the local school. The students had chosen this particular workshop so they were all as keen as mustard! Their writing genre preferences covered from dystopian, to mystery, to romance and others. The resulting flashes (word limit 300) will be given a final edit and entered in a competition at school. It was nice to see one of the students who had interviewed me on writing for an article in the local newsletter was part of the group. No shortage of writers on the horizon!
